Infant survival swim lessons are intended for children ages 6months (as long as they are crawling) up to 5 years old. In four to six weeks, children learn to swim face down, kicking in the correct posture, rolling to a calm float, then flipping back over to a propulsive swim. This is the swim-float-swim sequence.
Swim-float-swim sequence is important for learning how to swim because it prioritizes safety, builds confidence, teaches essential skills, and provides a solid foundation for further swimming development.
Your child will come for 10 minute lessons everyday, Monday through Friday for 4-6 weeks at our pool in Ellisville, FL.
Maintenance lessons and stroke instruction also available for more advanced swimmers.
